Cancellation & Refund Policies

The refund policy for each listing depends on the host's cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed before you complete your booking. Our standard refund policies are:

  • Flexible: Full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in
  • Moderate: Full refund if cancelled 5 days before check-in; 50% refund if cancelled 2-5 days before
  • Strict: Full refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in; no refund within 30 days

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your YoZimGo account and navigate to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm your cancellation request
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details

Refund Timeline

If you're eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation is confirmed
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may process refunds outside the standard policy for:

  • Host cancellation of your booking
  • Significant issues with the property or service not as advertised
  • Safety concerns or violations of our house rules
  • Extenuating circumstances (illness, emergency, natural disaster)

In these cases, please contact our support team with documentation of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually.

Service & Booking Fees

YoZimGo service fees are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by the host or due to a system error on our part. These fees help us maintain our platform and provide 24/7 support.

Disputes & Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by:

  • Submitting an appeal through your account within 30 days of the decision
  • Providing additional documentation supporting your case
